This water-resistant play pen works well inside or out and is especially useful for sick or expecting pets that need to be confined. Setup is easy, simply unfolds in seconds with out any tools. For outdoor use you can use the included ground stakes to secure the play pen to the ground. Because it completely encloses your pet another use for this playpen is for sunning reptiles. It has side pockets for convenient storage of small items. The play pen measures 43 inches in diameter by x 22 1/2 inches high.

 Great for acclimating kitten with adult cats September 3, 2010

I have two adults cats. One weekend I ended up with a small abandoned kitten "Alice" and needed something larger than a travel crate to keep her. All of the products I looked at were for large animals and expensive. The Best Pet Play Pen was perfect for my dilema and reasonably priced! It is large enough to keep Alice safe and confined in my living room, while also allowing my adult cats to get used to her. The mesh siding allows them and me to keep an eye on each her. The side zipper doors are convenient to open when it is play time! The vinyl floor cleans up easy. The top mesh cover can be zipped open or closed. Taking the play pen with me on visits is also quick and easy.
Alice is slowly making friends with my other cats and will probably grow out of the pen shortly, but again the pen was perfect for my purpose. I definitely recommend this product and at a great price!

I love this item. I have a small dog and it is perfect size for her, her bed and enough room for her to play with her toys. The play pen is not too big and not to small. The quality is good, not easily torn or broken. The price is reasonable compared to the other play pens. Extremely fast shipping too!! I will suggest this item to my friends. Satisfied Customer!!

I was apprehensive about purchasing this screened play pen for my cat because it was so inexpensive and, especially after seeing others on the Internet a great deal higher in price!well, the item arrived timely and in fabulous condition, enclosed in a wonderful, strong zippered huge tote (which, btw, can be used for other things...it alone is great!)- the play pen is fabulous! Opens in seconds, it is extremely well-made, exceptionally sturdy, and the A-Z materials used in its construction and webbing are top-grade! Do not hesitate to purchase this item!

Wonderful product! Only 4 stars because the folding directions are a bit ambiguous, but once we figured it out, it's very easy. Light and easy to carry anywhere. We even have puppy play dates at the beach in this. The puppies can wrestle and sleep right by us, without exposure to other dogs and diseases (and stray volleyballs) because of the top and bottom inserts. A puppy that hasn't been properly trained to stay off or to chew appropriate items only, would likely damage the mesh inserts, but they are very tough. Easy to clean with soap and water. The tan bottom has gotten a little dirty, so we suggest getting one of the darker colors. The pink and tan was just so darn cute!!! ;)

Well we bought this product probaby a little over a month ago and some way our cat got out of the top of the tent with us finding the zipper on the top off the track and the black mesh halfway laying at the bottom. I guess now I'm going to have to put my "zipper putting back on the track" skills to use......shouldn't have to be worrying about this being that it's barely even been used.
