Beatsie, Hitchens, Sylvia, Ramona, Remedy and Matilda
The minute we filled this up and plugged it in two of our cats, Beatsie and Sylvia, drank and played with it for over 20mins. We had two petmate water dispensers and they would get gunky and dirty easily since we have 6 cats. The 360 has been up for 3 days and I only changed it once. The cats love it. First I used the 5 head dispenser. Worked great and was quiet. We are now using the 4-head dispenser. Again, quiet. The cats still will spend time messing with the flow. I am very happy b/c they seem to drink more from this than they did with the petmate. With six cats, that is huge. I highly rec this product for multiple cat households.

Do not buy unless they start selling the Reusable Filter for Drinkwell 360 + 3-month Supply of Carbon again.
Filters are rediculously expensive and there are better/healthier (ceramic or stainless steel) alternatives.

It looks much better online than it does when you get it. The motor didn't work, and it was powered by a cheap and ugly wall wart.

I got this Drinkwell model instead of the older one I needed to replace after a couple of years thinking, oh, they will have more room, more fun with playing in the water. Well, that was a mistake. The Drinkwell 360 is LOUD and the water splashes over the sides and on to your floor unless you have it down to nothing coming out of the top. It's HUGE and is probably great for big dogs but not for space or smaller animals. It's very awkward, if not hazardous, to change the water since there is no easy way to pick the thing up off the floor (full of water) to carry it over to the sink and empty it. The black cord that attached to the unit and then attached to another cord is a great attraction to chew! so I found out when it stopped. I've had it less than 60 days and it's dead. The other Drinkwell model I used to have didn't have any of these problems with the fact that it does get difficult to clean later on. BUT...I will go back to that one because it has none of the problems this model does. Just wasted a lot of money!
