Dasuquin August 30, 2010 JHayw67353 We have a 1 1/2 year old dog that is very active. He had either pulled a muscle or had torn a ligament, but the vet couldn't tell which. Meanwhile, dog continued to limp badly but insisted on playing with another dog we have. Tried the Dasuquin per the recommended dosage - limp cleared up in about a week!

I had been paying so much more from my local vet, this was a big savings.

This was a repeat order for this product from this vendor. Half the price of purchasing from my vet ( I do not mind supporting a local small business, but 100% mark-up?). The product was delivered before the promised date and my dog continues to act like a puppy even though she is over 11.5 years old.
Dog with luxating patella May 28, 2010 J (Boston) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I own a 2-year-old spitz type breed who was diagnosed with a luxating patella (grade II) at 12 months of age. After a year of steady exercise and quality kibble his knee improved to grade I however, he still was uncomfortable with walking on his hind leg and skipped now and then. After feeding Dasuquin he has NO issue with walking, running, jumping, chasing and ect. He's a lot more active and can now enjoy more play sessions and walks without his knee bothering him. Since he's 8 lbs I have to break the Dasuquin in half, which is no problem since it's easily broken. At first my dog wasn't really interested in eating the supplement but, I started giving lot's of praise when he ate it and now he's excited whenever I open the bottle as if I'm giving a treat.

Our Rhodesian Ridgeback - Lab mix is getting up in years. He's 11 now, and we noticed a slowness to his gait about a year and one-half ago. Sometimes after a long walk, we couldn't get him to move for a day or two. Since we started him on Dasuquin, he can't wait for his walks. There's a spring to his step again, and he runs and plays with our year old pup as if he were 5 again. I highly recommend this product.
