Awesome product. My cats love it! Not hard to keep clean. Just takes a few minutes.

5 out of 5 stars Drinkwell fountain 360 need to change the filter more than they say   July 25, 2010

I have 4 cats and 2 of them drink from the fountain, the last 2 are still hesitant about it. You will have to change the filter more than the 2 weeks it recommends to have it done, but it is a great fountain and it encourages them to come over and drink from it. My only complaint is about the cost of the replacement filters, you only get 3 in a box and they are a little pricey.

5 out of 5 stars What a great product!   July 21, 2010

My cat, Riley, has always drunk from a sink faucet, so I just knew this fountain would work for him. We washed our fountain and filled it up and immediately, he took to it. In fact, we have a younger cat, Ester, and she thought it was pretty cool too! I never have to worry about them running out of water and it's always fresh. We have a filtering system on our water, so I believe the filters will last longer than the advised replacement every 2 weeks. I've had several people comment on what a great product it is, and will it work for dogs too. My husband and I told them to go online to Amazon and look them up and they too, can own one of these great fountains. Very easy to take apart, clean, and put together again. I just can't believe how simple it is and the fountain is well worth the money.

I dreaded the cleaning and maintenance of this item - when I did it for the first time, though, it was not as bad as I thought! It is well worth the effort and the price just to have fresh, clean drinking water flowing and available all the time for my pets. Just make sure to keep a check on the water level every couple of days or so. Great idea!!!

1 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money   July 18, 2010

I've had this fountain for approximately 5 months, hoping each time that I cleaned it and changed the filter that I might figure out how to make it work right. It never happened. I'm planning to trash it in about a month, AFTER I've used the 2 remaining expensive filters that have to be changed every 2 weeks. I never really understood the need for the filters anyway because the pump was so lame that there was no way it was moving all of that water through the filter. The fountain never really acted like a fountain to begin with, but just dribbled water that ran down the center piece. And when I would take it apart to clean it (when I finally managed to remove the center piece--they should have included a wrench inside the box), the flimsy plastic pieces inside that directed the water broke off. This is an expensive piece of garbage.
